2. Data collected
Contact and booking forms may collect your name, email, optional phone number, company, role, and the professional or business information needed to respond to your request.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to respond to consulting enquiries, assess professional opportunities, communicate with you, and manage requested meetings. Processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, on steps requested before entering into a contract.
4. Retention
If no contractual or professional relationship begins, data will be kept for no longer than 24 months. If a relationship begins, data may be retained for its duration and for subsequent periods required by law.
5. Service providers
Typeform, Calendly, Google Calendar and Google Meet support the forms and meetings. They may process data under their terms and privacy policies. Your data will not be sold or used for advertising without specific consent.
6. International transfers
Technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to dakarparada@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
